iExpertus developed three areas of knowledge, integrated into a competitive advantage.

The industry in each country takes on the character shaped by the interaction of three constantly changing factors:

• Public Policy & Regulation [1],

• Technology, and

• Market.

However, each evolves at its own pace, resulting in a complex system of nonlinear dynamic relationships. These factors are like the biorhythms or cyclical and recurrent variations of the complex organism that is this industry.

Our consulting firm is conceived and designed with this reality in mind, providing optimal solutions to leverage ICTs in the Digital Transformation of public and private organizations. We do this with knowledge of the local environment, macro trends, and international experience, generating tailored strategies, unlike those who simply copy solutions from developed countries without considering the realities, needs, and processes that led to their current state.

The iExpertus consulting model sequentially develops stages of Analysis, Diagnosis, Implementation, and Measurement to achieve the Continuous Evolution of a solution, considering the three factors of Public Policy & Regulation, Technology, and Markets, going beyond traditional models such as Plan-Do-Check-Act (Deming or Shewhart Cycle).

Based on the results of the analysis and diagnosis, the consultant/organizer, an expert in Complex Systems, compiles the information and proposes a solution, structures the implementation team to design the measurement mechanisms and the process for transferring knowledge to the client, as well as the complete plan for its evolution and continuous improvement.

iExpertus adjusts the depth and focus of the analysis of the three factors according to the nature of the requirement and the economic sector of the consultancy or when the project requires greater involvement of employees and work teams, or when it is necessary to measure and systematize processes or reduce variations, defects, or cycle times.

Continuous improvement results from sustained effort to perfect products, services, or processes, focused on achieving incremental progress over a given time, or immediate progress through the discovery of a radical improvement or innovation.

[1] Policies and Laws take a long time to change, and when they do, it is in response to problems of the past or issues that have already evolved into something else. Since authorities' decisions must adhere to a regulatory framework, they often do not correspond to current reality, leading to unpredictable effects and sowing the seeds of chaos associated with complex systems.
